The first ray of sun
In the early morn, when darkness still prevailed,
A glimmer arose, a tale unveiled.
From the eastern horizon, a golden hue,
The first ray of sun, breaking through.
With gentle grace, it pierces the night,
Dispelling shadows, bringing forth light.
It kisses the earth, touching every face,
Awakening slumber with its warm embrace.
Through curtains and windows, it finds its way,
Dancing on walls, like a painter's display.
A beacon of hope, a promise anew,
The first ray of sun, breaking through.
It bathes the world in a luminous glow,
Nature rejoices, a radiant show.
The flowers bloom, the birds take flight,
As daylight emerges, banishing the night.
The sleepy trees, they stretch and yawn,
Savoring the warmth of the sun at dawn.
The rivers shimmer, reflecting the sky,
As the first ray of sun whispers, "Goodbye."
For as the day unfolds, the light will grow,
From dawn to dusk, its brilliance will show.
But in that moment, when all is still,
The first ray of sun, a magical thrill.
So let us cherish this celestial sight,
Embrace the dawn with hearts alight.
For with each sunrise, a new day is born,
And the first ray of sun brings hope reborn.
